Roll Bars:

Our roll bars are built from either 1 3/4" or 2" 0.120 wall D.O.M. seamless steel tubing. They are MIG welded, and 5"x5"x1/8" steel pads are used. Installation instructions are included along with hardware (3/8" Grade 5 or better bolts, washers, and nylock nuts).

All early Bronco roll bars are built in an existing tub with dash and windshield frame to ensure that the glove box opens (no modifications required), all switches clear, and that vehicle occupants still have room to easily enter/exit the vehicle. Custom cages can be built in your Bronco to maximize head and feet clearance, or to your design.

Custom roll bars can be built for any vehicle (early Bronco shown). Additions can be made to your existing roll bar/cage as well.
